​Part-Time Mechanic

Searching for highly driven, motivated individual willing to start from the ground up, learning, and working to eventually becoming a full-time mechanic with our company. 

​

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections

• Impeller swaps

• Sanding, cleaning, and prepping for paint jobs

• Cleaning and organizing shop equipment, and tools for the entire shop

• Engine tear down and cleaning

• Assist in troubleshooting, repairs, and performance builds 

• Assist with special work events as need (i.e. charity events, shows, and rides)

Qualifications Needed: 

• Can start as a part-time (3 days a week 9am-6pm) and can transition into full-time

• Flexable with hours/days

• Can lift 50lbs with ease

• Can drive a jet ski without instruction

• Experience with basic mechanic tools and actions

• Familiarity with jet skis and jet boats 

• Strong communication skills to work with customers and team members

• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a face-paced environment.

• Can pass background check

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be willing to drive to the shop located in Laurel Hill, FL

• Starting Pay: $14hr FL Legal Minimum Requirement as of 11/01/25 

• 3-day 8hr flexible shifts
